S.E.T.I. is a dream pop duo from Campinas, Sao Paulo, Brazil, combining traditional instruments with computers to create songs. Composed of synths and sonic layers, their music is a restless journey on the border of rock and electronic music. Formed in 2012 by Roberta Artiolli (voice, synths) and Bruno Romani (bass, synths), SETI’s released two EPs: 'Inviolável Fim' (Inviolable End) and 'Êxtase' (Ecstasy). On tour, the duo played with acclaimed Brazilian artists as Guilherme Arantes, Ultraje A Rigor and Autoramas. 'Êxtase' got airplay in Europe, Canada and the US and praises by Gordon Raphael, the producer who discovered The Strokes. This landed the group reviews and feature articles across Brazilian media, including newspaper O Globo and Vice magazine. At the end of 2015, 'Êxtase' appeared on several lists of best album of the year in Brazil.
