Directions: -In wok,add oil,onion and fry until golden brown. -Add tomato and fry until tender,grind and make a paste,set aside. -In wok,add oil,potato,carrot,cauliflower,ginger garlic paste and mix well. -Add cumin seeds,red chili powder,turmeric powder,salt and mix well. -Add tomato & onion paste,peas,water and cook for 5-8 minutes or until vegetables are soft. -Add whole spice powder,green chili,coriander and serve.
