Blizzard Closes Minnesota Schools Early

A blizzard dumped snow and whipped winds in the Dakotas and Minnesota on Monday, December 4. The storm caused schools to close early and created dangerous travel conditions, a news report said.In Thief River Falls, Minnesota, where this video was taken, schools closed around noon.
