North Korea said the U.S. is "begging" for war by planning a joint aerial drill with South Korea. North's statement came after reports emerged that U.S. Raptor fighter planes arrived in South Korea to carry out the drill. The joint air drill, known as "Vigilant Ace," is set for Dec. 4 to 8.
