Mushroom Pulao Ingredients:-
Mushroom - 250GMS
Chopped Carrot - 100 GMS
Greenpeace - 100 GMS
Red Capsicum - 50 GMS
Yellow Capsicum - 50 GMS
Broccoli - 20 GMS
Basmati Rice - 400 GMS
Black Paper Powder - 1/2 TBSP
Garam Masala - 1 TBSP
Salt - 2 TBSP
Ghee - 2 TBSP
Cumin Seeds - 1 TBSP
Clove - 4 Pieces
Bay leaves - 1 Piece
Cinnamon - 2 Pieces
Cardamom - 4 Pieces

Curd Kadhi Ingredients:-
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
3 Chopped Green Chili & Curry Tree Leaves
1 tsp Asafoetida (Hing) Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
2 tbsp Besan and 200 gms Curd Mixture
1.5 tsp Salt
