This diligent student from University of the Philippines - Diliman did whatever it takes to finish his studies. Carlo Tac-an's mother is a janitress while his father is a construction worker and they only earn a little. Nevertheless, poverty didn't stop him from achieving his dreams. It made him strive even more.
