Quick and easy steps: 1. Mashed 2 medium potatoes with fork or potato masher. 2. Add tuna flakes and mix with a spoon. 3. Add chopped onions, corn kernels, cheese, 1 egg and 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 4. Season with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp lemon zest. Mix it well. 6. Divide mixture into 12 portions. Shape them into patties. 7. Place breadcrumbs on a plate and add the patties to coat. 8. Heat oil over medium high heat in a nonstick pan. Cook patties for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serve while it's hot!
