1) First, make the bilo-bilo. Mix the glutinous rice flour with water until it forms into soft dough. Form the mixture into small balls.
2) Pour water and 1 cup coconut milk into a sauce pot and let it boil. Add sugar and stir.
3) Add the sweet potatoes and cook until become soft.
4) Then, add the saba banana, cooked sago, jackfruit, and the remaining coconut milk. Let it simmer until its soup thickens.
5) Add the ube halaya and stir until well-combined.
