Ben Affleck supports Rose McGowan… even though she accused him of lying about his knowledge of Harvey Weinstein’s history of sexual misconduct.
Ben appeared on an episode of Today, and said he admires Rose for speaking out about her experiences with sexual harassment… adding that he admires her tenacity and wishes her the best.
Just a month before, Rose took to Twitter to accuse Weinstein of rape and fired off a series of angry posts to people in the industry she thinks covered for Harvey – and that list includes Ben.
She called him a liar when he released a statement saying the Weinstein allegations made him sick… but she countered by asserting she had once confided in the actor about her experience with the media mogul.
And she told him to “F-off” in a single tweet.
Harvey is currently in Arizona seeking treatment.
