Florida Sheriff's Officer Wrangles Cows Twice During 'Tweet Along'

A Pasco Sheriff’s Office corporal answered not one but two missing cow calls while he was on a “tweet along” on Wednesday, November 15.In the first call, Cpl. Hayhurst, who is with the Agricultural Unit, arrived after the rancher wrangled the cow, but the rancher allowed him to herd the cows to breakfast. The video shows the cows trailing behind Hayhurst’s vehicle. A second video shows the officer pouring food into the trough as the cows wait for breakfast.In the second call, Hayhurst joined a deputy who needed help getting the cow back inside the fencing. A video shows the officers attempting to herd the cows.The “tweet along” encompasses a member of the office’s staff riding along with an officer and providing live updates on Twitter.
