A suspect wielding a fake gun was shot by police and is in custody, according to the NYPD, after a vehicle entered the bike path and struck several people near the intersection of Chambers Street and West Street in New York on October 31.The NYPD and Mayor Bill de Blasio said eight people were killed and eleven were injured.
