Former Trump campaign chair Paul Manafort has turned himself into the FBI

Paul Manafort, the former campaign chair for President Trump, has turned himself into the FBI. Manafort and his business partner, Rick Gates, have been charged with conspiracy against the U.S. and conspiracy to launder money. The pair have also been charged with making false statements as well. These are the first charges issued by Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigation. The President responded to the news on Twitter. Manafort and Gates will appear in court for the first time later today.
