Facebook activates Safety Check feature after Las Vegas shooting

Facebook has activated the Safety Check feature following the mass shooting in Las Vegas on Sunday night. Users in the area have the ability to mark themselves as "safe" which will appear as a status on their Facebook timeline. Las Vegas Police are still identifying those injured in the shooting.
