Richard Smith is no longer CEO of Equifax after he resigned Tuesday due to a massive data breach scandal. Smith had been at the helm for the last 12 years and will testify before the Senate Banking Committee next month. Paulino do Rego Barros Jr., president of the company's Asia Pacific region, has been appointed interim CEO. Smith will earn roughly $18.4 million from his pension.
