Baylor's Ken Starr resigns amid school sexual assault scandal

Following his university's handling of sexual assault accusations, Ken Starr has resigned from his position of chancellor. Starr was Baylor's president and chancellor before being stripped of his duties as president last week. An investigation commissioned by the school found that Baylor failed to inadequately investigate allegations of sexual assault against students, especially football players.
