Evacuation Orders Issued as Typhoon Noru Expected to Bring More Flooding

Evacuation orders were issued for the Shiga and Fukui prefectures in Japan on August 7 as Typhoon Noru continued to bring heavy rain and flooding.The cities of Nagahama and Tsuruga were both issued with evacuation orders because of rivers flooding, according to Japan Times.
