Several waterspouts were spotted off the coast of the Outer Banks in North Carolina on Monday morning, July 10. Thunderstorms over the water created the conditions ripe for the waterspouts in Colington, located in the sound off Kill Devil Hills.An eyewitness to one such large waterspout recorded this video in Colington, noting on Instagram that it was one of several on Monday.
