A river in Shek Kong, Hong Kong, was seen close to bursting its banks on August 29 after a red rainstorm warning was issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.The warning was issued after strong winds and high waves sunk a ferry and generated a waterspout near the Ting Kau Bridge, according to the South China Morning Post.
