Heavy Rain Causes Flooding in Queens

The New York City borough of Queens experienced severe flooding on the morning of July 7, after heavy rains fell on the tri-state area.Several inches of water covered the sidewalk and part of the road near the Sutphin Boulevard subway station in Jamaica, Queens, as this video shows.
