Qatar willing to negotiate to end sanctions from Gulf states

Qatar's Minister of Foreign Affairs says his country is willing to "discuss and to negotiate whatever is related to the collective security of the Gulf countries" to bring an end to sanctions from states including Saudi Arabia.
