2017 Billboard Music Awards: Here's What You Missed

Las Vegas saw the stars come out for the 2017 Billboard Music Awards, and in case you couldn’t watch, here’s what you missed.

Drake made it a record breaking evening by taking home 13 awards including top artist. During his acceptance speech for his Top 200 album win, he gave shout outs to Vanessa Hudgens and Ludacris… and even went on to profess his love for Nicki Minaj.

And speaking of love, we loved it when Cher took the stage in a trademark look and showed off her impressive 71 year old body! She made sure to remind everyone that she’d been in the biz for 53 years, and to be honest, she’s never been better.

Celine Dion made it a night to remember by performing My Heart Will Go On in a performance to honor the 20th anniversary of Titanic. The singer, who lost her husband last year to cancer, received a standing ovation.

And then the award show paid tribute to Chris Cornell. The singer died a week before at the age of 52 and there was a moment of silence for the former Soundgarden and Audioslave front man.

All in all it was an incredible night… and we can’t wait for the next one.
