Billboard Music Awards 2017: The Best and Worst Looks

Yep, the 2017 Billboard Music Awards did it again… and we know exactly who looked good and who missed the mark.
Rita Ora provided a show stopping ensemble… but it wasn’t so much her bejeweled white top with its exaggerated shoulder… it was more about her sheer skirt with a clear view to her thong underneath.
Nicole Scherzinger also turned heads in her ruched floor length gown that highlighted her glowing complexion. She complimented the look with delicate jewels that drew attention to her, well, you know… assets.
The night’s host Vanessa Hudgens was lauded for her look – a blush sweetheart gown with a large bow at the top that billowed out the back with a long train flowing from behind. Not to mention, we love that brand new bob.
Some of the missteps were a little more jarring… like Halsey’s trenchcoat-inspired skirt paired with a bra that looked like it had been passed down for three generations.
Noah Cyrus had just as bad an attempt, as she flashed her sheer undies and bra with this unfinished outfit…
But perhaps, the worst of the night belonged to Denicia… who showed up in a black body fitting jumpsuit and an origami-looking helmet.
But hey, there’s no such thing as bad publicity right?
