The driver who rammed through the streets of New York’s Time Square killing one and injuring several was charged with murder. Driver Richard Rojas killed 18-year-old Alyssa Elsman from Michigan after hitting her with his car. Rojas was tested positive for PCP and told police that God made him do it. Besides murder, he also faces 20 counts of attempted murder and five counts of aggravated vehicular homicide.
