Trump's travel ban returns to appeals court
  • 7 years ago
President Trump's travel ban is back in the courtroom in Richmond, Va., where a dozen federal judges will decide the fate of the proposal. The case reappears in court nearly two months after a federal judge imposed a nationwide halt to the revised executive order. The judge concluded that the ban violates the Constitution by having an anti-Muslim bias. The case will be heard by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit on Monday.
