- In a pan add little oil. Then add chopped bhindi and saute it for few minutes till the bhindi is cooked. - In another pan heat some oil. - Add fennel seeds, mustard seeds, kalonji, fenugreek seeds, grated ginger and grated tomatoes. Mix well. - Add curd and mix everything well. - Once the water dries out add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander seeds powder. Saute well till the gravy releases its oil. - Then add salt and stir fried bhindi. Mix well. - Cover it for two minutes and let the sabzi cook. - Achari Bhindi is ready to be relished!
