JNU suspended Umar Khalid and Anirban Bhattacharya in connection with an event organised in the campus to mark the death anniversary of Afzal Guru. Student Leader Kanhaiya Kumar fined for Rs. 10000. JNU took decision on the basis of report submitted by HLEC (High Level Enquiry Committee).
