There is inter-sectionalism in our society. What I mean is, every movement which is taking place in our nation should be integrated. A student’s movement should be integrated with women’s movement. A farmer’s movement should be integrated with women’s movement. Like the 4 pillars of democracy that works together. We should also bring together the 4 pillars (i.e. movements) and work together. We should create such cohesive atmosphere in our party, that people come to us, join us. We should create such comfortable atmosphere where women don’t hesitate to join into political discourse. We should create such political culture. Women have held prime positions in the govt. but on the same hand, there is a steady rise in the crimes against women. Mahatma Gandhi never left his wife for freedom movement, but our PM did.
