Actress Namitha joins Jayalalithaa's AIADMK ahead of Tamil Nadu polls

Actress Namitha joined AIADMK in the presence of party general secretary and Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa in Trichy on Saturday evening. The actress was formally introduced at Jayalalithaa’s rally in Trichy. Though it is unclear what role Namitha will play in the party, she could provide a big boost for AIADMK’s campaign.Namitha who started her career in the Telugu film industry later moved on to Tamil and was seen in blockbuster like Ajith’s Billa and Azhagiya Tamil Magan.
