Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has undergone a throat surgery in Bengaluru and won't be able speak for a while. According to his doctor, he suffered from "an enlarged soft palate and uvula in relation to a slight increase in the volume of the tongue". Simply put, his tongue is too big for his mouth.
