Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation had suffered 22 crore loss because of the Cauvery water dispute. KSRTC pulled buses off the busy route between the two states due to the protests and riots going on in two states. In the 22 days since riots broke out, bus services between Karnataka and Tamil Nadu have been hit.
