Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi met protesting Tamil Nadu farmers at the Jantar Mantar in the national capital. After meeting, Rahul Gandhi said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given relief to only richest people in the country, why not for people who have built this country, the farmers? However, the protesting farmers warned of continuing with the stir unless the government listens to their demands. These farmers, who have been protesting since March 14, have demanded that farm crisis in Tamil Nadu be resolved.
