GOP congressman Ted Poe resigned from the House Freedom Caucus on Sunday after over the group's opposition to the Republican health care plan. "In order to deliver on the conservative agenda we have promised the American people for eight years, we must come together to find solutions to move this country forward," Ted Poe House leaders pulled the bill from consideration on Friday after it became clear Republicans would not have enough votes to pass the legislation. Poe was among the Freedom Caucus members who intended to vote for the Republican health care bill.
