Method:- Take sesame seeds and cumin seeds and grind into a coarse powder. After grinding soak them in water for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, strain the water and eat this mixture with water or jaggery 3-4 days before the commencement of your menstrual cycle.
For Mood Swings:- Ingredients:- Parsley/Coriander Leaves 1 tsp. Corainder Seeds 1 Inch Grated Ginger
Method:- Take a cup of water in a saucepan and add parsley leaves, coriander seeds and ginger to it. Boil this for 10-12 minutes. Once done, strain this water and consume 2-3 times a day or whenever you feel uneasy.
