PM Modi slammed Congress's 15 years rule, while addressing a rally in Imphal of Manipur on Saturday. In the rally, PM Modi attacked the Congress party and said Congress has made one community fight against each other and have only looked into its profit in Manipur. He assured that what Congress has not done in 15 years we will do in 15 months." Polls for the 60-member legislative assembly of the northeastern state will be held in two phases on March 4 and March 8.
