Ratings still drop despite live TV controversy

Even with recent controversial incidents on television, ratings for live cable networks are dropping. The 89th Academy Awards brought in only 33 million viewers, despite the rage over the “Best Picture” flub. This is the second lowest ratings for the Oscars.
