Trump signs new travel ban order: Everything you need to know

President Donald Trump signed a new executive order Monday banning immigration from six Muslim-majority countries, after his controversial first attempt was blocked in the courts. The new order will go into effect on March 16. The countries affected by the executive order are Sudan, Syria, Iran, Libya, Somalia and Yemen.
What's different this time? Iraq has been removed from the list of countries contained in the previous seven-nation order. Iraq is no longer included because, the administration says, it has pledged to "increase cooperation with the U.S." and share more information about its citizens.
Syrian refugees will be treated the same way as other refugees. People with valid visas will be allowed to enter the US.
