Mike Comrie is reportedly facing serious allegations of rape after a sexual encounter in his Los Angeles home.

According to TMZ, the former NHL player, and ex-husband of Hilary Duff, met up with a woman at a bar in West Los Angeles… They returned to his condo where the woman alleges he raped her multiple times.

She apparently tells TMZ that she immediately went to a nearby medical center and had a rape kit administered.

It’s also reported that Comrie has known this woman for some time. He apparently admits that they did partake in sexual activity, but maintains the act was fully consensual. It’s rumored there may have been another woman involved at the same time too, who has not filed accusations against Comrie.

Comrie has not spoken with law enforcement yet, however we’re sure the investigation will not be put on ice.
