Nina Agdal Says 'Sometimes Less is More' When Working Out

Nina Agdal is no stranger to a good workout, especially when she’s prepping for one of her swimsuit photoshoots, but the 24-year-old supermodel has learned that sometimes too much exercise doesn’t get you results.

She tells Health magazine, “I would go on these benders and work out, like, three to four times a day, and be like, ‘why is my body not changing?’”

Luckily for Nina, some of her friends gave her some sage advice… She reportedly says, “You need to rest. You’ve got to let your muscles relax so they can react again. Sometimes less is more when it comes to workout routines.”

Nina also has learned that it’s best to continuously shock your body, and mix up what you do to get your heart rate up. She tells Health, “I do a bunch of Y7 yoga… I also do boxing, which is great for everything, and I go to Equinox and do the Soul Cycle thing. I always switch it up because if not, I don’t see a difference.”

However Nina’s been working out, it’s clearly working.
