Soulja Boy charged with felony firearm possession

Rapper Soulja Boy's recent brush with the law could land the rapper behind bars. He was charged Monday with illegally possessing a military-style automatic pistol and a handgun that was stolen from a Huntington Beach Police Department vehicle, officials said. If the rapper is convicted, he faces more than four years in prison. Soulja was initially arrested by Los Angeles police at his house on December 15th. He was on probation from a previous firearms charge and had been ordered not to possess any weapons. But, law enforcement allegedly found the rapper with a Mini Draco AR-IS assault weapon and a Glock 21 handgun, according to the D.A.'s office.
