The Justice Department's inspector general Thursday announced a probe into the FBI's investigation of Hillary Clinton's private email server. The probe by Michael E. Horowitz Horowitz will also review the bureau's decision to resume their investigation shortly before the election. The investigation follows "numerous" requests from members of congressional oversight committees, various organizations and the public, according to Horowitz.
