Pesident-elect Donald Trump wants Michigan Republican Party Chairwoman Ronna Romney McDaniel to head the Republican National Committee. The choice of McDaniel to serve as RNC chairwoman was confirmed Tuesday night by a source familiar with Trump's decision. McDaniel, the niece of former presidential nominee Mitt Romney, won Trump over for the party carrying Michigan for the first time in 28 years. "Ronna McDaniel, what a great job you and your people have done," Trump told thousands during a rally. "I was very impressed with you. She didn't sleep for six months!
