ALLENTOWN, PENNSYLVANIA — A man is suing the Allentown, Pennsylvania police department after an officer gave him a WWE-style kick during an arrest.

The Morning Call reports that Hector Medina-Pena was one of four suspects nabbed for robbery on May 30, 2015. Dashcam footage from a police car shows the men’s black getaway vehicle being chased and stopped by cops.

Medina-Pena is first seen exiting the vehicle in the video and then slowly making his way to the back of the SUV with his hands up. He crouches down on all fours, as two other suspects get out of the vehicle and get on the ground.

An officer, Joseph Iannetta, appears with a gun. He makes his way to Medina-Pena and swiftly kicks him on the head WWE-style before dragging the driver out of the car and forcing him down.

Later, once all the suspects have been secured, Iannetta can be seen going back to Medina-Pena, allegedly kneeing him in the back of the head.

The 33-year-old suspect suffered a broken jaw and three missing teeth. His lawsuit accuses the police of covering up the aggressive cop’s abuse and denying him his civil rights.
