Breaking: Obama debating a CIA cyber strike on Russia

The Obama administration is debating whether or not to launch a cyber attack on Russia in retaliation for alleged Russian interference in the American presidential election. Vice President Joe Biden has gone on the record of saying "we're sending a message" to Putin, but they're reportedly divisions at the top of Obama's administration about whether to proceed.
