Juncker says EU 'not at risk' despite Brexit

In his annual State of the Union speech, European Commission chief Jean-Claude Juncker urged Britain to trigger a divorce from the bloc as soon as possible, while insisting that the rest of the EU is "not at risk" from Brexit.
