According to Reuters, the president of the European Council said the EU is open to discussing the UK's ratification of a withdrawal agreement.
However, European Council President Donald Tusk said that Brexit is not open for renegotiations.
President Tusk tweeted that he will call the European Council together to discuss the specifics of Article 50 in the withdrawal agreement.
