Azores: Whales & Volcanoes

A journey to the islands Sao Miguel, Pico and Faial in the Azores. In April/May 2016 - whale season. With blue whale, sperm whale, humpback, fin whale, risso's (white) dolphin, common dolphin and bottlenose dolphin. And with plenty of volcanoes, thermal baths, sulphur springs, craters and caves. And, last but not least, spectacular Mount Pico and the Capelinhos volcanic eruption site on Faial. Magnificent.
