Guy on drugs harrasses drivers, jumps in front of moving car

NEW YORK — A man was caught on camera wandering the streets of New York
The driver behind the camera named Jason noticed a man walking down the center of a street in his underwear. Jason called out to the man, "What you doin guy?" The man approached him and asked if he could help saying that he "needed to go to the ambulance."
The man then magically recognized the driver saying, "It's you!" Jason and the man then proceed to argue over rolling the window up while two female passengers yell at the driver to leave the man alone. One woman could be heard saying, "You shouldn't mess with people. You see he's mental" and "something is wrong with him."
The man wanders off, walking up to other car windows in the middle of moving traffic. Seconds later, he dashed out in front of a turning vehicle, which failed to stop. After being hit, the man got up and walked away as if nothing happened.
