Shoppers Stop bets on E-Commerce

Multi-brand retailer Shoppers Stop has inaugurated its 10th store in Bengaluru, taking the total to 77 stores in 36 cities. Govind Shrikhande, MD of Shoppers Stop, speaks with ET NOW on how online retail will contribute up to 10% of its net sales in the next 3 years from a mere 1% now.
