Yashwant Sinha sets the agenda for Jaitley

Yashwant Sinha has presented not one, not two, but 7 budgets. At a time when bank NPAs are causing concern, Sinha says the government must take leave from Basel norms which will reduce the amount of recapitalisation required, he also insists this is the right time for government to pare its shareholding significantly and unlock resources.
