Kareena Kapoor was born on 21st Sept 1980, at Mumbai. Her pet name is Bebo. She is an Indian actress and model and daughter of actor Randhir Kapoor and actress Babita. She is niece of actor Rishi Kapoor and Rajiv Kapoor and grand daughter of the legendry actor Raj Kapoor. Though her parents are not divorced legally, they split when she was young, but have patched up lately. Her sister is actress Karisma Kapoor.
Kareena Kapoor is in a relationship with actor Saif Ali Khan and may soon tie the knot.
Kareena Kapoor made her debut in Hindi films in the year 2003, and for her sensational and sweet performance she won the filmfare best debut award. In 2004, in a film Chameli she played a role of the prostitute and her performance was appreciated by the critics and the masses and she won critics award for special performance. In the year 2004 she won the critics award for Dev and 2006 critics’ award for best actress in a movie Omkara. She continued winning awards for Jab We Met in 2007 - film fare best actress award and 2010- best supporting actress in We The Family.
Kareena has worked in several Hindi films like Refugee, Kargil Loc, Jab We Met, Ra One, Don, Omkara, Dev, Fiza, Body Guard, Golmaal, 3 Idiots, Chameli and many more movies.
